The Richards Realty Team is Made up of Bob & Pat Richards, Allan Eu and Janise Brown.

Bob Richards

Bob has a Bachelors Degree in Political Science, a Masters Degree in Public Administration, 10 years in local city government, 11 years in private industry and over 20 years as a Housing Consultant and Realtor/Broker.  He also has considerable construction experience, which gives him a firm grasp of residential construction problems and solutions.  Bob also worked for a brief time as a real estate appraiser (member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers) but prefers direct real estate work with clients.  His appraisal skills are especially useful in correctly pricing properties for both buyers and sellers.

 

 

Pat Richards 

 

 

Pat was a full time homemaker and mother and raised 6 children.  In 1978, she entered the business world working 11 years for a manufacturers representative.   In 1989 she received her real estate license and joined her husband Bob in the Real Estate and Consulting business.  Pat is an extraordinary detailed person who keeps track of the many disclosures, dates and deadlines that are so essential for a successful real estate transaction.  She also handles all    information to and from the Real Estate Board and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) on her computer.

Janise Brown

Janise has been with Richards Realty for over 1 year.  Before going into Real Estate, Janise was in various people services (hotel, catering, etc.) jobs where she developed good people skills and a "personal touch" for her real estate work.  She has been a licensed Real Estate Agent over 8 years and especially likes to work with buyers.

Allan Eu

Allan has been with the Richards Realty over 2 years.  Allan specializes in Bank Foreclosures (R.E.O.'s) and has sold 20 so far in 2009 with Richards Realty.  Bank REPO sales require considerable work on the part of the realtor which entails dedicated attention to the care, protection and restoration of the property as well as attention to need and desires of the buyers.  Most of these properties are in the Pittsburg, Antioch, Brentwood corridor but as far north as Isleton and Rio Vista and West to Oakland, Fremont and Hayward.
